Express delivery : 3-5 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For our local customers:
To make your experience hassle free, you have up to 7 working days from your delivery date to exchange your item(s). In order for your item(s) to be valid for an exchange, the item(s) should be returned as received; the tag must be in perfect condition without being removed from the item and items must be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds on any of our items, just exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges, which are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We do not provide pre paid shipping labels and we are not liable for custom clearance fees as this is unfortunately out of our control. Kindly contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom fees.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Kindly note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier related issues. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay custom fees or failure to collect package, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
