Return & Exchange Policy
For our UK customers:
To make your experience hassle free, you have up to 7 working days from your delivery date to exchange your item(s). In order for your item(s) to be valid for an exchange, the item(s) should be returned as received; the tag must be in perfect condition without being removed from the item and items must be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds on any of our items, just exchanges.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide pre paid shipping labels and we are not liable for custom clearance fees as this is unfortunately out of our control. Kindly contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom fees.
For certain items, we might not offer an exchange due to the colour of the garment. Kindly read the product description before you purchase.
